The 10th  Technical Seminar organized by TÇMB every 2 years, a place for the international companies developing new technologies, systems and products to introduce themselves to the decision makers of the technical departments of the cement plants, was held between 04-06 November 2009 in Antalya, Concorde de Luxe Resort Hotel.

The Seminar which welcome address was made by Oğuz Tezmen, General Coordinator of TÇMB, has started with Opening Cocktail on the evening of 04 November 2009 at the Exhibition Area. Chairpersons of four different sessions of the Seminar were Kadir Bayburtlu, Director of SET Group, Koçağa Türeoğlu, Industry Technical Director of Cimpor Yibitaş,  Hayrettin Şener, the Project Director of Sabancı Cement Group,Mehmet Sahin, Manager of  Çimsa Kayseri Cement Plant.

With the active attendance of 45 companies and 250 representatives from cement plants and international companies, the Seminar’s main occasions were sponsored by Mapei& idea, ABB, GRACE, KHD Humboldt Wedag GbmH and S-LAB.

The working language of the program was English, English/Turkish/English  simultaneous translation was provided and in parallel, companies made their audio visual displays from their booths.

The seminar ended up with the Gala Dinner organized on last evening. The evaluation made during the seminar has proved that the seminar is completed successfully and accepted as useful for companies and participant, thus fulfilled its objective.
